Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming parents and caregivers into the school to engage in a comprehensive session about phonics and the most effective strategies for supporting their children's journey in learning to read
. The session provided valuable insights and practical tips on how to nurture reading skills, emphasising the importance of phonics in early literacy development. Our aim was to equip parents and caregivers with the knowledge and tools necessary to foster a positive and supportive learning environment at home, ultimately contributing to the success of our students in their reading endeavours.
