Pupils are taught to understand and respect our common humanity, diversity and differences through our PSHE and RE curriculums and also our annual International Week.  Parents or members of the school community are also invited into school to share first-hand experience of different cultures and celebrations (Chinese New Year, Diwali, Thanksgiving, living in a different country etc)

We also enable and encourage our pupils to become involved in with the local community through:

• Charity events
• Singing at local old people’s homes
• Carol singing at the local Sainsburys
• Taking part in the local Festival of Lights procession and then performing on the community stage
• Collecting food donations for the One Can Trust
• Performing at the Christmas Light Switch on in Beaconsfield
• Showing our respects and laying a wreath at the local memorial as part of the annual Remembrance Service.
