We support our pupils to develop their character, confidence and resilience through:

• Our Key Values that are introduced and discussed weekly

• Anti-Bullying week
• The Learning Pit and accompanying Language of learning that is present in every classroom and used by all children.
• Supporting pupils to consider their behaviours and actions, reflecting on ways to make better choices through reflection sheets and our Reflection Room.
• Leading a family group (All Year 6 pupils)
• Various monitor roles – JRSOs, House captains, Collective Worship Ambassadors, Peer mentors, Sports Leaders etc
• Performances – KS1 and Early Years’ Nativities, Year 6 production, Year 5 Easter Service, Years 3 and 4 Carol concert, Year 6 Christmas Service, Curriculum Day presentations to parents
• Open Evening and Harvest Festival performances
• Celebrating successes – Award of the Week and our Above and Beyond certificates
