How to Apply for a School Place
Whether your child is taking their very first steps into primary school or joining us later in their educational journey, we are here to guide you through the application process with Kindness and clarity.
Applying for a Reception Place
If your child is due to start school for the very first time next September, their application is handled via the local authority system.
The Process: While our Governing Body sets our admissions criteria, Buckinghamshire Council administers the application process for all Reception intake allocations.
How to Apply: Applications must be completed online directly through the local authority portal.

In-Year Admissions (All Other Year Groups)
If you have recently moved to the Beaconsfield area, or wish to transfer your child to St Mary & All Saints from another school during the academic year:
Check Availability: Contact our school office directly to see if we have spaces available in your child's specific year group.
Arrange a Visit: We highly recommend booking a personal tour to meet our team and see the classrooms.
Process: In-year applications are coordinated closely with the school administration. Please email our School Business Manager, Mrs Scott (nscott@stmaryallsaints.co.uk), to discuss next steps.
Appeals Procedure
If you have applied for a place at our school and have not been allocated a space by the local authority, you have a legal right to appeal the decision.
