School Lettings & Community Space Hire

At St Mary & All Saints CE Primary School, we are incredibly proud of our modern facilities and expansive grounds. In line with our vision to "Make a Difference" within Beaconsfield and the wider community, we happily open our doors outside of school hours to host local clubs, community groups, sports teams, and private events.

Whether you are looking for a venue for a weekly children’s sports club, a community meeting space, or a holiday camp venue, we offer a range of versatile facilities available for hire during evenings, weekends, and school holiday periods.

Our Available Spaces

While our primary purpose is providing an exceptional learning environment for our pupils, our flexible spaces transition perfectly into community hubs:

  • The Main School Hall: A bright, spacious indoor area ideal for fitness classes, community drama groups, martial arts, or large meetings.

  • The IT Suite / Computer Room: A modern, fully equipped digital learning space featuring 30 individual desktop PCs. This suite is perfect for adult education courses, community coding clubs, digital skills workshops, or private tutoring networks.

  • Expansive Outdoor Fields & Playgrounds: Fantastic open spaces perfectly suited for local youth football training, sports academies, and outdoor community events.

Availability & Bookings

Our facilities are generally available for hire during the following periods (subject to internal school events and prior bookings):

  • Term-Time Weekdays: Evenings from 5:00 PM onwards.

  • Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays (by prior arrangement).

  • School Holidays: Extended daytime availability for holiday activity programmes, camps, and workshops.

Request Hire Rates & Availability

Because we tailor our letting agreements to the specific needs, duration, and nature of each group, our hiring rates are calculated upon enquiry. We offer competitive rates, with potential discounts available for long-term block bookings or registered charitable community groups.
