School Meals & Menus

At St Mary & All Saints, we know that a nutritious, delicious lunch is essential for fueling young minds and helping our children "let their light shine" throughout the afternoon.

Our school meals are provided by Dolce, a specialist national school caterer. Dolce manages all aspects of our lunch service, offering a wonderful variety of tasty hot and cold meal options every day.

Ordering and Paying with SchoolGrid

We use a completely cashless system. All meal ordering and payments are managed online through the SchoolGrid app or website.

• Flexible Ordering: You can order meals up to a term in advance, or as late as 8:55 AM on the morning of the meal.

• Setting Up Your Account: When your child joins our school, we will add you to the system and send you an activation email with your login details.

• Keeping Your Account in Credit: Payment is deducted only when your child registers and takes their meal. Please ensure your account has sufficient funds, as the system does not allow meals to be ordered if an account falls into arrears.

Meal Costs & Free School Meals

• Reception, Year 1, and Year 2: All infants are entitled to a free school lunch every day under the government’s Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM) scheme. No payment is required, but you still need to log into SchoolGrid to choose your child's meals.

• Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 6): School meals are priced at £2.75 per day, payable via your SchoolGrid account.
