1. The Weekly Bulletin (Your One-Stop Hub)

Rather than sending multiple separate emails throughout the week, we gather all non-urgent school information into one central place: our Weekly Bulletin.

Our Bulletin is a dedicated Google Site updated every single week. Think of it as your virtual fridge door. It contains:

• Headteacher’s Highlights: A weekly video newsletter from the Headteacher sharing school-wide celebrations, reflections, and key updates.

• Class Letters & Learning: Specific updates from your child's teachers detailing what they are learning and any class-specific notices.

• Letters & Essential Info: School trip permissions, club sign-ups, and general information letters.

By keeping all weekly updates in this single, easily bookmarkable hub, you can check in at a time that suits you, keeping your personal inbox clean and stress-free.

2. ParentMail (Urgent & Direct Action)

We reserve ParentMail strictly for targeted, direct communication and urgent updates. By keeping the day-to-day news on our Weekly Bulletin, we ensure that when you do get a ParentMail notification, you know it is important.

We use ParentMail for:

• Urgent or time-sensitive alerts (e.g., club cancellations, bad weather closures).

• Absence reporting.

• Consent forms and payment items.
